FREE ITEMS FOR NC WINEGROWERS AND WINEMAKERS!

This grant-funded program offers special benefits to NC commercial muscadine winegrowers and winemakers, including a FREE Brix Refractometer, FREE analysis of  juice from your grapes before harvest, and FREE analysis of your wines during the winemaking process. There are added benefits for those who substantially participate in or complete the full series.

Here’s how to get a free Brix Refractometer and/or free analysis of samples from your grapes

  • Watch the recording and/or view the PowerPoint presentations from the Testing and Sampling webinar July 14 if you did not participate in the live session. It is important that you understand the protocols for sampling and sending samples.
  • Request your free Brix Refractometer and/or grape/wine analysis by filling out this form. This compiles names, addresses, and information about what you want, such as the number of samples you plan to submit through the program.  If you have trouble with the form, contact NCMGA at 919-542-4037 or ncmgasec@gmail.com.
